When you need answers to questions about your health, your coverage may be eligible to receive virtual care through your Blue Cross health care benefits. Through June 30, many virtual medical and behavioral health therapy visits are available at no cost.
Included are: Primary care doctor, 24-hour Nurse Line, Blue Cross Online VisitsSM, & Behavioral health.
Also through June 30, Blue Cross is covering the cost of testing and treatment for COVID-19.

Counseling
• Licensed therapists provide individual services for children and adults, couples and
family counseling, parenting consultation, bereavement counseling, psychiatric
services and medication management.
• Offering a sliding scale fee for those without insurance or those with high out-ofpocket expenses.
• For the safety of those currently served, telehealth sessions are now provided via Zoom.
Therapy Consultation
• One-time phone session with a licensed clinical therapist at no cost.
• For any community member who just “needs to talk” during this time of crisis
Virtual Support Groups
• Support groups facilitated by licensed JFS staff, offered free of cost via Zoom.
